Established since 1983, Dragonville Interiors have built up a fantastic reputation in Durham and throughout many other areas of the North East.

We are proud to have installed some of the finest kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms in Durham and other areas of the North East. Each design is unique, created by our specialist designers.

The first process is to visit us at our showroom in Durham. Take a look around and get a feel for the type of style you like. We have many brochures also we can show you to give you more of an idea of the type of options available to you.

Once you are ready, one of our design consultants will sit with you for a full design consultation. During this appointment, we will gain a better understanding of what is important to you and what you want to achieve within your space.

Furniture, appliances, work surfaces, lighting and colours will be discussed with you to create a design brief.

The next step after gaining the information will be to use our professional knowledge to create a design specific to you and your individual requirements.

Once our designs have been carried out you will be invited back to our showroom to view our proposals. Our designs are in full colour using our specialist computer software. Budgetary costs are also presented to at this stage.

We encourage discussion, refining the proposal is an important part to ensure everything is correct before we progress.

Communication is key and our installation manager will work with you to ensure that everything runs smoothly with as least disruption as possible.

Our installations manager will stay in touch with you throughout the project from the start right through to the full project completion.

Aftercare

Once your project is complete and you love it, that is not where it ends. Although all the materials we use are from some of the leading suppliers and major brands. It’s good to know that in the unfortunate event that the worst should happen you your kitchen, bedroom and bathroom installation come with a full guarantee, more details available on request.
